This booking form will allow you to enter your first, second & third choices for each lunch & afternoon tea booking (which cannot be on the same day).
Breakfast & dinner bookings are unrestricted.
Each booking will be for the Member and up to 5 guests.
To enable the fairest system possible, all forms will be processed by the Leander team, who will then advise you as to which dates you have been allocated and your dining location. They will ask for payment, following your confirmation.
