A new careers group for Leander has been set up by a team of athletes, Olympians, Members, and committee members.
They all bring something special to the crew in hopes of developing a program that has longevity to benefit both the athletes and the Members of Leander Club.

Mission: provide athletes with career experience to prepare them for life after rowing alongside Members getting to know the athletes at the club better than before, bringing our club community together.
Vision: longevity, careers, athlete and Member connections. A sense of familiarity among our community when it comes to races such as Henley Royal Regatta. Providing athletes with work experience so they leave the sport feeling supported and ready.
