Thank you to those who have participated in the classes so far.
Both Members and non-Members are welcome at all abilities, as the sessions can be tailored to suit different fitness levels.
The first sessions is still free, then you can choose to pay as you go or to block book 10 sessions. For block bookings, the fee is reduced to £9 for Members and £14 for non-Members, when you pay up front.
