New Summer ‘All Day’ Menu

We will be serving the following dishes, all lovingly prepared to order by our Leander chefs

Starters

Leek, potato and spinach soup with crème fraiche and croutons (v) – £6.50

Bruschetta selection (fig and blue cheese, chilli prawn, melon and parma ham, cream cheese and smoked salmon, tomato basil and mozzarella) – £8.25

Prosciutto and parmesan pappardelle with basil and poached egg – £8.50

Goats cheese and sun-dried tomato galette with balsamic glaze (v) – £7.25

Smoked fish platter (smoked trout, smoked mackerel, smoked salmon, crayfish tail cocktail and pickled herring with lemon and sour cream) – £11

Sandwiches

Club sandwich with french fries and salad – £10.50

Cheeseburger with smoked bacon, special sauce, tomato, gherkins, lettuce, caramelised onions, served with fries – £12.50

Asian chicken burger, cucumber relish and sweet chilli mayo with fries and salad – £10.50

Mains

Beer battered cod served with triple cooked chips and pea puree – £13.50

Vietnamese salad with mango, vermicelli noodles, chilli, peanuts and coriander (v) – £9.25 (with crispy beef £13 or sweet chilli prawns £14.50)

Cumberland sausage ring with truffle mash, summer greens and an onion and brandy jus – £12.50

Roasted Cajun salmon served with a classic salad niçoise of potatoes, fine beans, sun blushed tomatoes, olives, cucumber and boiled eggs – £14.50

Chicken fricassee with wild mushrooms, black rice, crème fraiche and fresh herbs – £12.50

Butternut, hazelnut and truffle risotto with parmesan shavings (v) – £11.50

Desserts

Eton mess – £6.95

Sticky toffee apple pudding with clotted cream ice cream – £7.75

Our new standard opening times are currently:

Mondays & Tuesdays: Closed for dining.

Wednesdays – Saturdays: Lunch and dinner served from 12.00 – 2.00 pm and 5.00 – 8.30 pm. The bar is open from 12.00 – 9.30 pm.

Sundays: Breakfast for staying guests, lunch served 12.00 – 2.30 pm. The bar is open from 12.00 – 4.00 pm.On Saturdays, we are operating a Brunch menu from 10.00 – 3.00 pm and Members are welcome to bring their families (children are welcome up to 6.00 pm and dogs can join the fun but outdoors only). Finally, for Henley-based Members who need to remain in shielding, please let us know if you wish to order a take-away and we can prepare it for you.
