BADGE PACKS & GUEST PASSES
Only Leander Members and their guests may enter Leander Club during HRR. Entry requires presentation of your metal Member’s badge or a valid guest pass. All passes are individually numbered and linked to your Membership profile.
Included in your badge pack
- 1 Member’s badge (Partner Members receive 2)
- 2 guest passes per day (Tue–Thu)
- 1 guest pass per day (Fri–Sun)
Important information
- All dining guests must have their own entry pass.
- Additional passes must be purchased at the time of booking.
- Passes are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
‘Additional’ (non‑dining) passes, subject to availability
- Up to 7 additional passes per day (Tue–Thu)
- Up to 8 additional passes per day (Fri–Sun)
Receiving Your Tickets
UK Members
Meal tickets and guest passes will be sent by second‑class post to the address provided at booking.
Overseas Members
Passes and meal tickets must be collected from the Badge Tent on arrival (after upgrading your Membership, if required). To upgrade in advance, contact membership@leander.co.uk
Badge Tent – open 8.30am-5.30pm
Please collect any outstanding meal tickets or additional guest passes before 5.30pm.
A polite reminder: queues can be lengthy due to the volume of envelopes awaiting collection. Please ensure your guests have everything they need before the event.
You may leave Leander passes for friends to collect, but only in named envelopes clearly showing both the recipient’s name and your own. Proof of identity may be required.
This is not a secure service. We cannot accept any items other than Leander passes for collection. HRR badges must be left at HRR’s secure collection point.
