An Evening of Pungent Pleasure: a cheese masterclass with Tom Badcock

Join us for a cheese masterclass on Thursday 18 April at 6pm! 

The evening promises to be delicious. Cheese expert Tom, of Harvey & Brockless, will take us back to the origins of cheese and you will eat your way through thousands of years of cheesemaking. It’s a pungent meander from Persia to Vikings and Romans to Cistercians, hopefully in a straight line. Tom teaches Cheese in a number of universities and colleges including the Cordon Bleu. His lectures are extraordinary and very entertaining.

Tickets at £50 include tastings of an eclectic range of fromages from superb cheese makers, two glasses of wine, crusty bread and crackers.
