In accordance with the Articles of Association, one-third of the Committee Members (Directors) other than the President or, if their number is not three or a multiple of three, the number nearest one-third, shall retire from office by rotation. The directors to retire by rotation shall be those who have been longest in office since their election. Nominations for Committee must be lodged with the Hon Secretary at the Clubhouse by 5pm on Thursday 11th March 2021.
At the AGM, Members may vote by proxy. A proxy form is available to download from the website, and a signed authority must be lodged with the Hon Secretary at the Clubhouse by 5pm on Friday 18th June 2021.
The Annual General Meeting of Leander Club Limited will be held at the Clubhouse, Henley-on-Thames, on Sunday 27th June 2021 immediately following the General Meeting at 11.00 am.
Members will receive details of the meeting and a copy of the Notices by post. The accounts, minutes of the 2020 AGM and Committee biographies can be found below.
To ensure that the AGM can be held as scheduled, the Committee has agreed the meeting will be conducted as a hybrid to enable online and physical participation and voting. As the government has not clarified whether restrictions will end on 21st June, online participation is encouraged to ensure that Members are able to attend.
