The car parking has changed this year. There are a number of car parks in and around Henley for you to choose from on a first come, first served basis. (Distance from Club in brackets)

PUBLIC TRANSPORT BY RAIL
Trains run frequently to Henley from London (Paddington) and a special timetable operated by Great Western Railway for the duration of the Regatta.

CHILDREN AND BABIES
Please can we remind you that babies and young children may not be brought into the grounds or Clubhouse. Children around the age of ten are welcome provided they are appropriately dressed and do not upset members and guests.
Alternatively, the Regatta Enclosure is situated on the Berkshire bank, just downstream from the Stewards’ Enclosure is open to the general public. Children of all ages are welcome and admission is free to under 14s when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a Regatta Enclosure admission badge.

Henley Royal Regatta 2019 will be held from Wednesday 3 July – Sunday 7 July, and Members’ booking packs will be dispatched during March 2019.

All advanced bookings are now closed. Any additional purchases can be made from the badge tent as of Wednesday 4th July.
Clubhouse lunches are SOLD OUT every day except for Sunday
Marquee lunches are SOLD OUT on Wed, Thurs & Friday and Saturday.
Quality bar meals including the popular lobster salad, are available at lunchtime. Places cannot be booked and we ask that Members vacate the Regatta Room once they have taken lunch, so that others may sit and eat
Afternoon teas are still available every day from 4-6pm (5.30pm on Sunday)
The “Hungry Hippo” evening street food service will commence daily at 6 pm. It will provide really tasty and attractive food at just £9.00 per person inc VAT
Please be advised that advance bookings will stop from close of business on Friday 29th June. The office will be closed to bookings on Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd July. All bookings will then need to be made at the badge tent as of Wednesday 4th July
DRESSING FOR THE MARQUEE
The Marquee, with its al fresco style, and, as it is not air conditioned, Members may remove their jackets at the table. Jackets must however be replaced on leaving the Marquee. Ladies may need a jacket on chilly days
PINK HIPPO SHOP
During Regatta, an extended Club shop is situated by the main entrance to the Clubhouse. Opening hours are 10 am – 7 pm (8 pm on Friday and Saturday)
The Wi-Fi system is only available to residents and staff over the Regatta period
Private Dinners & Bespoke Events
Regatta is a popular time for reunions and gatherings and Member enquiries are most welcome for larger private dining or drinks receptions in the Balcony, Eton Room or Marquee.
