DESCRIPTION:All Members are invited to watch the Turkey Sculls on Sunday 21 December! \nTraining at Leander traditionally finishes with this morning of fun Christmas racing where all the squads come together and row in quad sculls in mixed crews of men\, women\, seniors and juniors over a short 200-metre course. \nThis fast and furious scratch race starts at the HRR finish line and ends at the Clubhouse. It’s 200 metres of raw power! \nWinners receive a turkey for Christmas; spectators gets mulled wine\, bacon rolls and mince pies – what’s not to love? \nRaces start at 11am\, with the draw and bacon rolls served from 10.30am.
