An energising Monday morning vinyasa flow to start the week with Maddy Rothschild. Each class begins with some breath work to engage the mind and body, before a series of stretches targeting the major muscle groups. We will then enjoy an energising vinyasa flow, combining breathe and movement. I provide lots of options for an all levels class although not suitable for complete beginners.
