Red cabbage gazpacho with wholegrain mustard ice cream – £5.75

Pan seared scallops with scallops tartar caviar and white chocolate foam – £6.95

Marinated tuna with sweetcorn & kidney bean salsa, coriander and soya gel – £6.75

Crispy duck leg with watermelon, feta and pomegranate – £6.50

Pigeon breast with red wine poached pears and a truffled goats cheese mousse – £6.75

Mains:

Duo of lamb with hot fennel relish, mini fondants and mint – £16.95

Guinea fowl wrapped in bacon with warm houmous and summer grilled vegetables – £16.50

Crispy sole stuffed with baby spinach, triple cooked potatoes, mushroom ketchup and crushed peas – £16.25
