Leander’s Fine Dining Evenings offer the very best cuisine, prepared with care by our new Head Chef, ‘Vas’ Vasilev, and his team and served in the historic ambience of the Club dining room.
‘Vas’s exceptional skills have led to him masterminding our fine dining evenings for the last two years. His next fine dining ‘at the helm’ is on Tuesday 25 September and a full house is anticipated, so contact us now to make your booking.
September’s menu is:
Roulade of confit rabbit with curried cauliflower and banana
Ox tail with a pea risotto and charred baby onions
Monkfish with Jerusalem artichoke, potato & mushroom ragu, pigs trotter and a chicken jus
Greek yoghurt & verbena mousse with blackberry, lime and pine nuts
Coffee and petit fours
Each evening offers exceptional value for money at just £42.50 per head and starts with a drinks reception at 7.30pm for 8pm. Payment is required on booking.
The dress code is lounge suit or blazer. Each table is set for a maximum of eight guests only.
