November’s menu as follows:.
Winter vegetable garden with tarragon snow
Venison tartar with pickled mushroom, beetroot, golden ciabatta croute and a soft quail’s egg
Pan roasted beef fillet with blackberries, carrots and purple potatoes
Spiced plum panna cotta with mulled wine sorbet, poached pear gel and roast plums
Coffee and chocolates
Each evening offers exceptional value for money at just £42.50 per head and starts with a drinks reception at 7.30pm for 8pm. Payment is required on booking.
The dress code is lounge suit or blazer. Each table is set for a maximum of eight guests only.
