Instead of the traditional Burns Night, we welcome you to come and join us here at Leander Club for a ‘Taste of Scotland’. A culinary delight from the highlands that promises to elegantly encapsulate the heart and essence of Scotland.
The menu prepared with care by our Scottish Executive Chef, Scott Macrae, and his team, will be served in the historic ambience of the suitably decorated Club dining room.
The menu is as follows:
Razor clam and lobster with a Cullen skink foam
Haggis fritters served with neeps and tatties
Slow roast fillet of beef served with stovies
Bannock cake pudding with Drambuie custard and Loganberry sorbet
Coffee with shortbread
The evening will start with a drinks reception at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm sit down. Tickets are £50 per person and the evening limited to 60 members and guests. Payment is required on booking.
The dress code is Highland dress or black tie.
