One of the most popular events of the year, our Burns’ Night supper will include a four-course Scottish menu with a wee dram. The haggis will be ceremoniously piped in and the ode recited before we begin our traditional entertainment.
Timing is 7.00 for 7.30pm, £50 per ticket.
Dress: Highland dress or black tie.
The menu for this evening will be:
Smoked salmon nibbles for the drinks reception
Cock a leekie soup
Haggis, neaps and tatties with a wee dram
Slow braised feather of beef, champit potato cake, whisky and peppercorn gravy
Cranachan with Glayva ice cream
Coffee with shortbread
